This project is one of the last few stages of the Samford Grove Retirement Village consisting of 24 spacious apartments spread over 6 two storey buildings. Each apartment is well designed and perfect for those who are ready to downsize to a more manageable home without compromising their lifestyle. This project was delivered under a Design & Construct arrangement where Clearcon was able to add value through design efficiency.
