This development features two purpose-built SDA homes, each with 5 bedrooms, designed to the High Physical Support category. Each home includes assistive technology, spacious living areas, and fully accessible kitchens and bathrooms - all set within landscaped grounds to create a safe and welcoming environment. As part of the scope, our team also delivered a road extension in line with council requirements, providing essential infrastructure to support the development.
