Bespoke residential development in Balmoral consisting of 27 units across three storeys and two buildings sitting on a common suspended slab due to overland flow. This was a design and construct project where Clearcon was able to take it from DA documentation and Principal Project Requirement document through to completion with a high client satisfaction.
