20 Nellie Street is a stunning commercial development located in the heart of Nundah. The Health and Wellness Precinct consists of a basement and above-ground carpark, as well as four buildings up to five storeys that boast a total of over 10,000 m2 of net lettable area. The 20 Nellie Street project was executed through a Design and Construct contract, with a strong emphasis on Early Contractor Involvement (ECI). Our team recognized the significance of ECI as a crucial factor in the project’s success, and as such, ensured the collaboration of construction experts and development consultants from the start.
