This development comprises six townhouses spanning over two separate buildings, with the added luxury of a custom individual lift that is dedicated to each unit. The combination build of concrete and block provides a solid and sturdy foundation. The upper levels consist of lightweight frames and floor systems. The townhouses are adorned with high-end black and white matte cabinetry finishes with feature LED lighting and Borghini Naturale monolithic benchtops.
